Payment Guide for Reservation

Here below are three ways of payment for your convenience in making a reservation.
PAYPAL
PayPal offers a secure and convenient way to make online payments without the need to share your credit card or bank details. Whether or not you have a PayPal account, you can make secure payments through it, with over 72 million users already benefiting from its safety.
Once you’ve confirmed the payment amount for the travel service you wish to book with us, your personal travel advisor will send you a PayPal payment link via email. Following this link will take you to PayPal’s official and secure online payment portal.
Note:
– If you already have a PayPal account, simply log in and click the “pay” button, there’s no need to provide credit card information.
– If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still make payments on PayPal’s official website by entering your debit/credit card information. PayPal accepts all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, and more.

Western Union
Western Union offers the quickest payment method, allowing us to receive your funds within minutes of your transaction. It’s an excellent choice for booking tours with us, provided that Western Union service is available in your area.
Once you’ve sent the payment, please provide us with the remitter’s full name, the amount sent, your address details, and the Money Transfer Control Number given by Western Union.

Wire Transfer
Paying through wire transfer is a straightforward and secure method. Here’s how to do it:
1) Visit your bank and request a payment, or use internet banking via your bank’s official website. Use the following information for the wire transfer:

2) After you’ve sent the money, please email us the bank receipt at info@travelwestchina.org.
Please note that this option isn’t available for travel with departure dates within the next two weeks, as it might take up to 9 working days for the wired payment to reach us.
