Mountain Everest, Mt. Kailash, and Potala Palace are all covered in the 15 days tour. This is a nature tour, a culture tour, a pilgrim tour, and a tour to purify your soul. 2 days enjoying the view of the highest mountain in the world, and 3 days exploring the holiest mountain for four different religions.
At the beginning of this trip, you will spend some leisure time in Lhasa and Shigatse, experiencing local people’s daily life, picturing the beauty of different monasteries, and memorizing the history of Tibetan Buddhism. Then we will visit the highest mountain in the world to accomplish a mission on our life-travel-list. And at the end is our most mysterious holy mountain pilgrimed tour to Mt. Kailash.
Mt. Kailash, also called Kangrinboqe in Tibetan, means the treasure of a snow-covered mountain. It is the world center of Buddhism, Bon, Hindu, and Jainism. All believers of these four religions are desiring to go on a pilgrimage to Mt. Kailash which they call Kora and our trekking tour is like doing a Kora too. And there is a saying about kora in Mt.Kailash, Kora at the hill of Mt. Kailash is like you are as great as five hundred arhats, Kora in the mountainside of Mt. Kailash is like as brave as Dakini, Kora at the foot of the mountain is like you have no difference from all living things.
Our guide will lead us to pass by the peak of the mountain. Visiting Lake Manasarovar is also on our schedule. This sacred lake is attracting thousands of pilgrims here to wash, in the saying the holy water can rebirth yourself.
The beauty of Mt. Kailash and the legends of Mt. Kailash are not just like what we said they are more mysterious and more beautiful, we cannot describe their beauty by our pale words. The view you see in your eyes is just a view in your eyes, and the real beauty is picturing out by your heart. Guided by the light, this pilgrimage is a transformative odyssey that takes you to two of the most revered and spiritually charged destinations in the world.
So what is the answer to Mt. Kailash’s beauty, can only figure it out on your own exploration.
