Ganden Monastery is located 60 away southeast of Lhasa on Wangpo Ri hill (4100 m), built early 15th century by Tsong Khapa, the first monastery of Gelugpa sect.

There are must-see scenic spots in the holy city (not only monasteries but some other activities like Ganden Hiking). The Lingkor or Kora – a walking circuit around the Ganden Monastery to have a bird-eye view of Kyichu Valley is very interesting.

Well-selected Tibetan-style hotels (but perfectly combined with modern facilities and great services). Real professional local Tibetan guide (fluent in English, enthusiastic, but deeply understanding of their culture and religion).

So, if you’re looking for a trip that will not only fill in your photo album but also your soul, consider embarking on this enchanting journey through the heart of Tibet. It’s an experience that’s worth every moment and every dollar.
