You need to pack suitable clothing for various weather conditions, including layers for warmth. Bring high-quality trekking boots, waterproof clothing, and other essential gear. It involves challenging terrain and high altitudes, so good physical condition is essential. Consult with a healthcare professional before the trek, especially if you have any pre-existing health conditions.
